"ROJAK"

What is a Rojak? Search using Google, I bet something will pop up. In brevity, rojak is a kind of delicacy in Malaysia, a kind of dessert. What you do is, you mix all form of tropical fruits such as guave, pineapple, apple, cucumber, water chessnut.... sliced form of course, together with black shrim paste, spicey hot bird eyes chilies and pulverised ground nuts. Here, I just assume the collage looks like rojak hence the title? :) So, do not forget to taste this yammy, irresistible food if you are in Malaysia.
